Professional Micro Finishing Compound with RALG® should be used to remove mild oxidation, scratches, and blemishes from fiberglass and gel coat. Apply the compound to clean surface using a soft cloth in a brisk circular motion until the oxidation or scratches have been removed. At this point, the nano particles have bonded with the surface filling in pores and scratches and leaving a level rock hard glass like finish. For extended protection, apply a thin coat of Marine Polish.

Micro Finishing Compound has no abrasives or rouges, so will not remove any damaged gelcoat. You will need to use a rubbing compound and buffer to bring your gel coats natural shine back.
